The supermarket format was outdated and not aligned with the new brand platform and expression. Since the supermarket format is the core business, an update will have a significant impact to the brand.

Strategy

One Albert – the same visual DNA throughout all store formats in order to maximize brand impact.

Concept

For the Everyday heroes: catering for everyday family grocery shopping and turning everyday Czech staples like bananas, tomatoes and traditional bread buns into always great quality and low price hero items.

Result

Albert's Big idea, “Wholesale for people”, successfully adapted to the smaller supermarket format.
