Oportunity

Sapa's owner Orkla no longer saw Sapa as part of its long-term growth plan. Sapa Profiles and Building Systems were merged with Hydro under the Sapa brand name. The opportunity emerged to create a new stand-alone brand for Sapa Heat Transfer.

Strategy

BLINK created a new brand structure and a new (old) name for Sapa Heat Transfer – an independent company solely focused on products for the heat exchanger industry.

Concept

New Gränges – the company that helps create smaller, lighter and more designable heat exchangers – to increase economic efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

Result

Strategy well received and implemented throughout the organization: in China, Sweden, the US, Brazil, India, Japan and South Korea.
